Company Description

R & D Management (London) Ltd was formed to bridge the gap between Remedial treatment Companies and General Building Surveyors, to offer independent advice to consumers, specifically relating to waterproofing damp penetration and timber infestations.
Over the years we have assisted numerous individuals with pre-purchase surveys and the like, in addition to providing independent Waterproofing Design Schemes to Architects, Surveyors, Engineers and Contractors, covered by our P.I.
We also carry out Design Risk Assessments to meet the requirements of Warranty Providers such as Premier, NHBC, LABC, Build Zone etc, and can offer inspections and sign off procedures for self installers.
