Morcon operates throughout the United Kingdom and has been established since 1990. Our main type of business is the repair of foundation failures, mainly in domestic and industrial markets. We also carry out jacking of structures back to their original levels along with permanent lifting of buildings to raise them above the flood zones thus minimising the risk of water damage should the area flood again. We are approved contractors for the National House Building Council (NHBC), Local Councils, Consulting Engineers, Loss Adjusters and Major Housing Building Companies. Out enviable client list includes loss adjusters including Crawford and Company, Davies Group and Cunningham Lindsey, the MOD, Persimmon House, Kier homes, Allison homes, all NHBC approved remedial works building contractors and many others. Our staff are drawn from professional backgrounds with a broad collective experience of foundation problems. With our in-house qualified Engineers we offer purpose designed solutions with details, drawings and design calculations for a range of foundation and structural problems which is covered by our own Professional Indemnity Insurance. Alternatively we can quote on schemes prepared by others. On-site it is our practice to employ properly supervised and experienced field operatives with efficient plant and equipment. Morcon Foundations Ltd agrees to give Engineering Integrity to all its projects.
