Goodyer have been specialising in Insurance Property Repairs and Reactive Property Maintenance for over 20 years. Working closely with clients (Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters, Consulting Engineers, Chartered Surveyors and Property Owners) to ensure that work is carried out safely, to an excellent standard, on time and within budget. The company has achieved numerous accreditations for commitment to Health and Safety with both government and commercial organisations and actively promotes sustainable development through its Environmental Policy and is registered with the Governments Environment Agency and the Information Commissioners Office. All staff are CRB checked. In addition to ASUC, is a members of the British Damage Management Association and Certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and registered with Gas Safe. Goodyer specialises in all types of subsidence repairs including concrete piling, traditional mass concrete underpinning, screw piles, Quickbase and helical beam installation. Its restoration arm Goodyer Response specialises in general insurance repairs including drying, cleaning and restoration, associated with flood or fire damage whilst its reactive maintenance division undertake emergency repairs including gas, electrical and general makesafe work. The department also carries out asbestos and thermal imaging surveys.
